DURING AUGUST 9-10, 2626 PERSONS CROSSED THE EECP ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE LINE WITH CRIMEA IN BOTH DIRECTIONS

From 12 am on August 9 to 12 am on August 11, 2626 persons crossed the EECP on the administrative line in Kherson oblast with the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in both directions. There were 1277 persons and 90 vehicles for departure to the TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea; 1349 persons and 125 vehicles entered the mainland of Ukraine.

The following are all the grounds for crossing the EECP, including humanitarian grounds. However, if you have any additional questions, please contact us:

The following citizens of Ukraine and their family members can cross the EECP (without the permission of the Head of the State Border Service and the approval of the Ministry for Reintegration):

⁃ whose place of residence is registered in the Government controlled territory of Ukraine for departure from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol City;

⁃ whose place of residence is registered in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol City for entry to the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol City;

⁃ in case the crossing is carried out to ensure the protection of national interests or in connection with the implementation of international obligations, representatives of diplomatic agencies and humanitarian missions for departure of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City, as well as their vehicles, cargo and other property.

The ground for crossing the administrative line is the passport of a citizen of Ukraine and IDP certificate, if applicable.

 

All citizens who entered the territory of Ukraine from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City have to comply with conditions of self-isolation within 14 days using the mobile application "Dii vdoma" of unified state web portal of electronic services from the moment of crossing of the EECP. The commitment to self-isolation terminates automatically after the end of the self-isolation period.

Citizens of Ukraine and their family members, who have humanitarian grounds for granting the right to enter/depart the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, have the right to cross the administrative line by a separate permission of the Head of the State Border Service in coordination with the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporary Occupied Territories.

Departure from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City of other categories of foreigners and stateless persons is a subject to the approval of the Head of the State Border Service in coordination with the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporary Occupied Territories.

Let us recall that due to the deterioration of the situation with COVID-19 incidence in Crimea, on August 8, 2020 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision to temporarily suspend the work of EECP for entry and departure of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City from 8 am on August 9 to 8 am on August 30.
