APPLICANTS FROM DONBAS AND CRIMEA WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER UP TO 91 HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURE IN 2020

In 2020, the list of authorized higher education institutions to which applicants from the territories of Donbas and Crimea temporarily occupied by Russia can enter under a simplified procedure was expanded to 91 "Universities". 77 out of them are subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science and 14 are subordinate to the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Culture.

Educational Centres "Donbas-Ukraine" and "Crimea-Ukraine" will operate in each of the 91 higher education institutions, and children will be able to enter the University without passing the exam focus complex tests.

The Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine is grateful to the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Culture for their fruitful work and for providing children from the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by Russia with quality education.

From 2020, Educational Centres "Donbas-Ukraine" and "Crimea-Ukraine" will be operating on the basis of:

1. subordinate to the Ministry of Health:

- Bogomolets National Medical University;

- Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University;

- Luhansk State Medical University;

- Donetsk National Medical University;

2. subordinate to the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy:

- Mariupol branch of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture;

- Kharkiv State Academy of Culture;

- Kharkiv National Kotlyarevsky University of Arts;

- Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Fine Arts;

- Luhansk State Academy of Culture and Arts;

- Odesa National Nezhdanova Academy of Music;

- Lviv National Academy of Arts;

3. subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

- Donetsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

- Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs;

- Odesa State University of Internal Affairs.

The list of higher education institutions, which are subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science, on the basis of which Educational Centres "Donbas-Ukraine" and "Crimea-Ukraine" will operate can be accessed at the link.

On working days from 9:00 to 18:00 there is a free hotline for applicants from temporarily occupied territories (0-800-504-425).

We also wish to point out that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has made changes in the conditions of admission for education.

Also, given the current situation in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, and to ensure the interests of the right to education of children from the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by Russia, settlements on the contact line , the Ministry of Education and Science recommends to conduct annual exams, as well as and SFE (in 11th grade) in educational institutions, remotely.
