DIGITAL CERTIFICATE OF IDP WILL BE AVAILABLE IN "DIA" ALREADY IN OCTOBER
The certificate of an internally displaced person (IDP) will be available digitally in mobile application of state electronic services "Dia".
Development of the electronic version of the certificate has already been started by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine together with the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine and the Ministry of Social Policy.
Within the framework of cooperation, a Memorandum was also signed with the Ministry of Social Policy. On behalf of the Ministry for Reintegration the document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov, on behalf of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine the document was signed by Maryna Lazebna.
In this cooperation, at the first stage, digital certificate of IDP will be available to all who have it, after registration in the mobile application "Dia". Currently, the Cabinet of Ministers is working to change the legal framework to ensure that this digital certificate has the same legal force for all authorities as the hard one.
At the second stage of project realization will be digitalization of services for IDPs, through the application, this certificate can be sent to the state bodies in electronic form to receive public services and social assistance.
Moreover, in the mobile application "Dia", the IDP certificate can be reissued or issued for new registered internally displaced persons without leaving the house.
“For 1.5 million people it will be no longer necessary to carry hard copy of the certificate of IDP from October. It can be displayed in mobile application "Dia" when it is required. All state authorities will be able to check in real time that it is valid,” noted the Deputy Minister for Reintegration of TOT of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitization Snaver Seitkhalil.
According to him, parents will be able to provide digital IDP certificate of their children from their mobile application "Dia".
