THE MINISTRY FOR REINTEGRATION OF TOT WILL OPEN A SERVICE CENTER AT THE EECP "NOVOTROITSKE " BY THE END OF THE YEAR
In mid-December, the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine plans to open a multifunctional service center at EECP "Novotroitske". Oleksii Reznikov, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine stated the aforementioned. The service center in Novotroitske settlement, Donetsk oblast, is being built similarly to the center in Shchastia city, Luhansk oblast, which has been operating since November 10.
"Service center in Shchastia city is a new standard. And just in a month the similar center will be opened in Novotroitske settlement. Our citizens from the occupied territories should be able to receive all the services that Ukraine provides. They must feel and understand that the state cares for them. I have repeatedly said that my goal is to reach the border with Russia before the actual de-occupation of our territories. Through people. Through their hearts and minds - through care and services. And I see that it is possible," emphasized Oleksii Reznikov.
Now all citizens of Ukraine on both sides of the contact line will be able to obtain all the social and administrative services, legal assistance at the EECP "Novotroitske", there will be branches of Oschadbank, Nova Poshta, mother-and-child rooms, pharmacy and goods store "OSTO", persons will be able to use social programs there, including medical, such as "Affordable drugs" (Dostupni liky) and others.
Deputy Prime Minister also added that the service area at EECP "Chonhar" on the administrative line with Crimea will be modernized this year, and next year the service centers will be built on all existing EECPs.
"Our goal is to return Donetsk, Luhansk oblasts and Crimea, the development of these regions. Construction of infrastructure facilities, the railway (by the way, the railway project in Luhansk oblast is already on the agenda), the establishment of conditions for business - from micro-entrepreneurship to large factories," added Reznikov.
Let us recall that on November 10, according to the agreements reached by the leaders of the Normandy Format in Paris last year and finalized in the Trilateral Contact Group, two new EECPs were to be opened simultaneously in Luhansk oblast, in Zolote and Shchastia cities. Therefore, seven EECPs launched their work from 8:00 am on November 10 in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine, five existing EECPs resumed their work and two more new ones (Zolote and Shchastia) started their work, but the Russian-controlled occupation administrations continue to block the EECPs from the side of TOT.
