AN AGREEMENT WAS REACHED ON A MUTUAL RELEASE OF DETAINEES BY THE END OF THE YEAR

According to the spokesman for Leonid Kuchma Darko Oliver, during the videoconference of the Tripartite Contact Group an agreement was reached on mutual release of the detainees by the end of the year, as stipulated by the outcome of the summit of the leaders of "Norman Four" in Paris.
