ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE OF IDP IS ALREADY IN MOBILE APP "DIA"

From now on the electronic certificate of the internally displaced person (IDP) is available in mobile application "Dia".

The Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine worked together to develop the electronic version of this certificate.

Previously, this certificate was available only in hard copy, but now a digital one is available along with the hard copy version.

An internally displaced person who has received an IDP certificate by the established procedure will have it in digital form as well with all the information contained in that certificate. All that needs to be done is install the mobile application "Dia" and go through electronic authentication.

The certificate reflects the surname, name and patronymic of its owner, gender, information about identity documents, registered and actual place of residence. "E-certificate of IDP can be presented at the place of demand without having additional hard copy. It will make life easier for almost 1.5 million Ukrainians registered as internally displaced persons. This is an important step towards a paperless state," noted the Deputy Minister for Reintegration of TOT of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitization Snaver Seitkhalil.

Currently we are also considering an algorithm to provide citizens with an opportunity to apply online for monetary compensation for destroyed housing, legal protection assistance and other services, which are now available only offline.

Let us recall that the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation is working on digitalization of other public services.
