STATE SERVICES GUIDE TO ASSIST IDPS AND UKRAINIANS FROM TOT IN FINDING NECESSARY INFORMATION

The State Services Guide has been launched at the Diya portal. Internally displaced persons (IDPs) and Ukrainian citizens residing on the temporarily occupied territories, can find detailed information on the state services in this Guide.

Currently information on over 1,200 state services is available on the Guide.

Here one can get updated on how to obtain state aid for persons detained by illegal armed formations, by the occupying administration of the Russian Federation due to political issues, how to register as an internally displaced person, how to obtain housing for temporary residence, how to obtain nationally recognized documents if a person resides on the TOT, how to obtain a privileged loan for IDPs, ATO and JFO participants for housing purchase etc.

Apart from that, data on the timing, cost of the services, as well as on where to address in case of refusal from services rendering, are detailed in the Guide.

The data in the Guide are being constantly updated, and soon 100% of the state services in Ukraine will be moved to the Diya portal.
