In addition, in Luhansk oblast, inter alia at EECP in Shchastia city, besides mobile units, citizens can use services in the service hub, where all administrative and social services are provided, including the branch of Oschadbank and ATMs.

Let us recall that on November 10, according to the agreements reached by the leaders of the Normandy Format in Paris last year and finalized in the Trilateral Contact Group, two new EECPs were to be opened simultaneously in Luhansk oblast, in Zolote and Shchastia cities. The Ukrainian side, caring primarily about citizens, fulfilled all obligations and did everything possible to open the EECPs on time.

Consequently, seven EECPs launched their work from 8:00 am in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine, five existing EECPs resumed their work and two more new ones started their work, but Russia-controlled occupation administrations continue to block the EECPs from the TOT, moreover, the EECPs in Shchastia and Zolote cities from the side of TOT are not ready at all.

Ukraine is doing everything necessary to ensure that citizens can use all available administrative and social services, despite gross violations of humanitarian law by the occupation authorities.

We continue to work and a similar service hub will be opened in Novotroitske city already in December, and next year at all EECPs.
