On September 9, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a priority actions plan of the Government for 2020.

The Ministry for Reintegration was defined as the main executor of 32 tasks within four priorities: support for citizens adversely affected as a result of armed aggression and occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine by the Russian Federation; reintegration of temporarily occupied territories; restoration of justice and peace.

The main tasks to be realized by the Ministry by the end of the year are, among other things, the arrangement of entry/exit check points (hereinafter - EECP) by improving the necessary infrastructure and establishment of service logistics centers for citizens of Ukraine, as well as to ensure the operation of medical centers at EECP; development and approval of the concept of the Strategy of Information Integration of Ukraine and Information Protection of Sovereignty; definition of a set of measures aimed at restoring social and economic infrastructure of the eastern regions of Ukraine by updating the strategic objectives and priorities of the State Target Program for Restoration and Peacebuilding in the Eastern Regions of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1071 dated from December 13, 2017; formation of a medium-term policy on the integration of internally displaced persons on the basis of protection of constitutional rights and their attraction to all components of public life; to restart the work of the Trust Fund of many partners on the reconstruction of Donbas and peacebuilding, as well as the development of mechanisms for transitional justice.

At the same time, the Ministry for Reintegration is developing the Concept of realization of the state policy in the sphere of economic development of Donbas for further realization by means of approval on its basis of the relevant Strategy and implementation of a number of tasks for economic development of the eastern regions and subsequent reintegration of temporarily occupied territories into the unified constitutional space of Ukraine within the internationally recognized borders.
