The Minister for Veterans Affairs, Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Oksana Koliada states that the Ministry works jointly with international partners to verify data on low-mobile groups in the non-Government controlled territory.

“There is no way for our structures to work in the occupied territory now. Our task is to simplify the receipt of payments in the Government controlled area of Ukraine as much as possible. And there are also quite specific intermediate results. It is about working with low-mobile groups. We work with international partners to verify data for these categories. We need to understand how many people there are who are physically unable to move and receive social payments”, said Koliada in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

The Minister noted that once they obtained the data, the Ministry would work out mechanisms with international partners who had access to carry out activities in the occupied territory, so that Ukraine could make payments to this group of population.
