MINISTRY FOR VETERANS AFFAIRS CONTINUES TO WORK TO FACILITATE THE LIVES OF CITIZENS OF UKRAINE AFFECTED BY AGGRESSION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The Ministry for Veterans Affairs continues to work to facilitate the lives of citizens of Ukraine affected by aggression of the Russian Federation. The Ministry’s team is fruitfully engaged in housing programs for displaced persons, simplifying access to educational, medical, administrative and other services.
Today we report on work on another key area: simplification of the rules for crossing the contact line. The following changes have now been achieved:
The Procedure for entry/exit of persons, transporting goods from/to the temporarily ooccupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts (Resolution No.815) has been amended.
Children are able to cross the contact line, accompanied by parents and adoptive parents. The list of identifying documents is expanding (the birth certificate is attached with a temporary permit when applying for both internal and foreign passports).
Thank you for your trust!
