MTOT Does Not Confirm Reactivation of "Crimean Titan" Plant

Taking into account the risks created by the activities of industrial enterprises located in the north of the Crimean peninsula, the Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine, within the limits of its competence, monitors the environmental situation in the regions adjacent to the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

According to the information available in MTOT, as of October 11, 2018, the "Crimean Titan" plant (LLC Titanium Investments) did not resume operation.

At the same time, according to the information of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and Kherson Regional State Administration, there were no recorded cases of exceeding the permissible concentrations of chemicals in the territory of Kherson oblast during the period from October 10 through 11, 2018.
