President Signed a Decree on the Payment of Scholarships Named after Levko Lukyanenko, Developed by MTOT

Citizens of Ukraine illegally detained by Russian Federation will be able to receive additional financial support from the state.
The assistance will be provided in the form of a monthly scholarship of three subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons as of January 1 this year.
The scholarship is regulated by the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On State Scholarships named after Levko Lukyanenko" dated November 7, 2018, No. 417/2018.
The draft of the Decree was prepared by the Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine (MTOT) with the participation of public organizations of the Public Council under the Ministry in order to ensure the protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of Ukrainian citizens.
The decree approved the Provisions on state scholarship named after Levko Lukyanenko, which provide the procedure for obtaining and define the circle of persons who may apply to MTOT with a request for a state scholarship.
