«Our programme framework consists of three blocks: the construction of new facilities, the reconstruction of old ones and the purchase of apartments in the secondary housing market. We have about 60 000 IDPs who permanently reside in our city and 750 families have already entered the apartment line. Our program is designed for a thousand families», ‒ said Vadim Boichenko.

About 2500 veterans live in Mariupol. Oksana Koliada asked the mayor to maintain a focus on their needs for housing and other social guarantees.
«We are considering the possibility of creating Veteran HUB in Mariupol. Such sites are designed not only for veterans, but also for current servicemen. Several brigades have home stations in the city, and also in the vicinity of the city there are still several units that perform combat missions, so opening such a HUB here will be useful and expedient for thousands of people», ‒ emphasized Oksana Koliada.
