“You are welcome here” is our main message for applicants from the TOT of Ukraine

The Ministry of Education and Science, together with the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories, is launching a campaign “You are welcome here” which facilitates for a simplified entry program for residents of the temporarily occupied territories. Its aim is to attract to Ukrainian institutions of higher and professional education as many applicants from Crimea and Donbas.

Applicants from Crimea and Donbas can enter Ukrainian institutions without mandatory passing of the external independent testing (EIT). EIT will be optional. In order to enter, they need to pass the state final examination for the Ukrainian language and history of Ukraine and the third entrance exam (or creative competition), which depends on the chosen specialty. The simplified entry program has been successfully operating for the sixth consecutive year, and this year the residents of TOT can enter educational institutions across Ukraine on preferential terms.

All details about admission requirements and information about the higher educational institutions can now be found on the program's website www.vstup-prosto.com.

In addition to the website, a promotional campaign has been launched to attract the attention of applicants from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine: videos and outdoor advertising of the simplified admission program have been created. Due to the educational centers, all conditions for comfortable admission have been created, and residents of the temporarily occupied territories should know about it. It is a chance for them to get a quality education and realize themselves in the future.

Let us recall that applicants from the temporarily occupied territories do not need to have a Ukrainian passport and Ukrainian certification of education to enter. Also, EIT is optional. All you have to do is choose a specialty and educational institution, as well as apply to the appropriate educational center.

Applicants, who want to participate in the competition for state-funded places, shall submit an application and fill in an educational declaration at the educational centers:

applicants from Crimea - no later than August 20;

applicants from Donbas - no later than August 22.

The ones who won’t make it in August, can apply for the contract places till October 23.

We are waiting for you!
