IMPORTANT INFORMATION. CROSSING OF CITIZENS THROUGH THE EECP ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE LINE WITH CRIMEA IS TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED

To the attention of all citizens who were planning to cross the EECP on the administrative line with the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

From 8 am on August 9 to 8 am on August 30 the crossing of citizens through the EECP on the administrative line with the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is temporarily restricted.

Due to the deterioration of the situation with COVID-19 incidence in Crimea, on August 8, 2020 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision to temporarily suspend the work of EECP for entry and departure of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City.

The introduction of temporary restrictions is aimed at preventing the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 on the territory of Ukraine.

To avoid queues, in order to take care of your health and safety and the health of others, we ask you to refrain from travel.

Important information! Only Ukrainian citizens and their family members will be allowed to travel:

- whose place of residence is registered in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol City, as well as their vehicles, cargo and other property for entry in accordance with the procedure established by law.;

- whose place of residence is registered outside the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol City as well as their vehicles, cargo and other property in accordance with the procedure established by law for departure from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City and who agreed to self-isolation within 14 days using the mobile application "Dii vdoma" of unified state web portal of electronic services from the moment of crossing the entry/exit checkpoints at the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City;

 - persons in order to ensure the protection of national interests or in connection with the implementation of international obligations, representatives of diplomatic agencies and humanitarian missions for departure of the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City, as well as their vehicles, cargo and other property.

The period of self-isolation is 14 days. The commitment to self-isolation terminates automatically after the end of the self-isolation period.

Departure from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City of other categories of foreigners and stateless persons is a subject to the approval of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporary Occupied Territories.

Departure from the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol City of Ukrainian citizens on humanitarian grounds is carried out by the decision of the Head of the State Border Guard Service in coordination with the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporary Occupied Territories.
