PAYMENTS TO ANOTHER 28 UKRAINIAN CITIZENS ILLEGALLY DEPRIVED OF THEIR LIBERTY BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED
During the meeting, the Interdepartmental Commission for consideration of issues related to the recognition of persons deprived of liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine and the implementation of measures aimed at their social protection adopted a decision to allocate monetary assistance to another 28 Ukrainian citizens.
Therefore, another 28 families of Ukrainian citizens illegally imprisoned as a result of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as well as those who are currently behind bars will be provided with monetary assistance worth UAH 100 000. Accordingly, another UAH 2.8 million will be allocated for the corresponding payments.
Let us recall that in October, the Interdepartmental Commission has allocated monetary assistance worth UAH 100 000 to 20 families of Ukrainian citizens illegally imprisoned as a result of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as well as those who are currently behind bars. Furthermore, the same amount was allocated to 3 Ukrainian citizens released from Russian captivity.
The Ministry for Reintegration of TOT continues work on simplification of the mechanism for provision of assistance to citizens who were adversely affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation (illegally convicted, prisoners of war).
